Apr 06, 2010 · Hi - I have been receiving voice mail through e-mail for other comcast/xfinity subscribers. Mail to abuse@comcast.net have gone unanswered, tech support doesn't know how to handle it. Security assurance said this is bad, but transferred me to a comcast voice "specialist" who had no idea on where to redirect this.
