Hi, are you using Foscam DDNS to access the cameras outside your local network? I am having the same issue that I can access the cameras within the local network but not outside. Jun 15, 2014 Solved: Getting DDNS on Home Hub 4 Working - BT Community I have used the DDNS services from Dyn. While I can access my domain and the camera within the network (e.g. camera.dynalias.org:8099) it won't work for a computer outside my network. Foscam support tell me other people have got this working on BT broadband. I am suspicous since I cannot see the port from the Dyn tools. Would love to get it sorted.
